Hi, I have broken my phone today and I'm trying to use a borrowed phone. The screen says SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.

I have gone onto myO2 and found a code under my device and it hasn't worked.

What can I do ?

Thanks

Zoe

@Zoe87

See if you get the same code here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unblock-your-phone

The Automated call line also works for PUK.

Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)

and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.

when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.

However, if the wrong code has been entered too many times, you will need to go in store, with photo ID, for a new sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
