I have just purchased a new phone early on my 24mth contract but have a new mobile number showing on my account. Is this normal? O2 have offered to buy out the rest of my phone so I thought why not. It looks like I have two separate contracts which is not what i paid for. Anyone know what's going on?

Looks like 2 contracts to me too so give them a call to check.

Was this done over the phone and were you called or did you call O2?

It was a new contract thanks. I'm positive I selected "cancel and buy me out". It may be that it never registered my selection. I know I had trouble trying to order on Saturday, I tried 4 times to get o2 to take payment and it wouldn't. I gave up and tried Sunday which worked. I will take it back today and cancel.
I was told via the o2 app I could upgrade early which seemed a good idea at the time as my phone screen is starting to leave ghost after-images.

Store i went to wouldn't take it back. They said because they are a franchise they cant accept it. Got told to do this yetsterday on the phone with o2.

It would have been nice if the o2 rep had said that.
Ive got the form to fill out and will send it back when i have the time this week.
