Hi my tariff is £26 per month but I have Ben charged £37 and I’m not sure why. Just had an upgrade, can you help

Your first bill is pro rata with old and new tariffs combined.

You can see a breakdown in your MyO2.

Next month's bill will be at your agreed tariff rate.
