My tariff is turned off even though I turned it on April 5ft 2020. 10£ tariff monthly. How does it work? I got confirmation message after I turned it on and 10£ was taken from my balance but now I cannot even call to anybody.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
