I am trying to cancel two 02 insurance bolt ons on my account but can't seem to find how to do this online or through the App. Don't want to block the customer services phone line so wondering if there is another way to do this? Thanks.

Contacted 02 over a refund, was on the phone for over a hour and nothing was resolved. I tried again on todays date 06/04/20, was left on hold for just under a hour then the phone was cut off, disgraceful service
