My phones been cut off

Good evening my name is kelly I'm enquiring about a bill on my account xxxxxxxxxx I spoke to someone from 02 the other day and paid £60 off my bill and said it was ok to pay the rest when I got paid again and noticed today my phone was cut off I'm in desperate need of my phone services back on as I'm in and out of hospital due to cancer

Can you remove your mobile number as this is a public forum, and isnt monitored by o2 Customer Services.

You will need to call from Skype or a landline if you have no service, or you can still call 202 if the line has only outbound calls blocked
