Hi my name is Paul number is xxxxxxxxxxx... 02 has been take out of my bank on November 1st for pay my bills £70.12 ... so I have been phone 02 service through typetalk because I am profoundly deaf ... I ask them for switch mobile open account back on I mean 4G data switch back on .... so 02 service won’t accepted talk speak to typetalk they want talk to me like one on one I said I can’t because I am deaf have to use through typetalk 02 service say I am sorry won’t accepted let me speak on minicom through typetalk that is discrimination... i did paid my bills on November 1st November.... please can you help me switch 4G data back on please thank you ...
