Hi my phone has been restricted as my bill is a little bit late but i need an extension and i cant phone o2 as im in isolation with 3 children i cant use anyones phone as im in isolation

You need to speak to the payment management team

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I cant use my phone though its been fully restricted i cant even phone a 0800 number and i have no landline ☹️

They can turn you back on. But the automated service will turn you back off. Cut me off 3 times in 24 hrs.

I made contact using the the Skype method as mentioned above.
The curstomer advisors have been brilliant with me. Sympathetic and helpful. It’s not the advisors fault o2 as a company are failing there customers and the country
