Hi, yesterday I purchased a new phone which was due to arrive today.

I have had no DPD message and a delivery man from DPD came to my door with my new phone and asked for my 4 number pin.  I have no pin sent to me and I was refused my phone.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
