Hi can anyone help my o2 app worked last week but is now saying not found . My username was an old o2 email address but I'm going around in circles trying to get on

Not the first with this problem where an old O2 email address is not accepted.

Not sure if it got sorted out

Can you log in to the website version?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
