My o2 Verification Text Code (Reached Limit)

hi, I'm trying to register a new account on my o2 but I have sent myself multiple verification codes to confirm my mobile number and o2 hasn't sent me any at all. please help as I want to get my new number registered, add a bolt on etc.

If you don't have your log in details, check with CS.

Hi,

 

 

Speak to CS on 4445 Payg or 202 Contract.

 

They should sort this out for you.

Ring 202 if on contract or 4445 if pay as you go

A bolt on is added through your My02 account via online or app login.
