The phone will not switch on, I have tried to reboot using various combinations of volume/power keys but it is still not working. I think I need to buy a new phone but I cannot find the page where I can buy a new device without a new data plan. Can somebody help?

The idea of buying a PAYG phone means you are not obliged to use the SIM

You should be able to use your SIM as all the latest devices use nano.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi pgn,

Is pay as you go the same as buying a device only? And will my current sim card be compatible with those? I currently have a nano sim.

Thank you
