Hello O2,
I am visiting furnace and was supposed to get 20GB of data but it isn't connecting. I have to internet connection. I have allowed for data roaming on my phone. How do I get to access the data?

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.

By furnace, I assume you mean France. If you have data roaming enabled, here are a few tips to check, @Soong123:
* Make sure data roaming and mobile data is turned on in your phone's settings.
* Manually search for another network
* If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
* Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
* Drop down to 3G and see if that helps.
* Contact O2 to see if there are any roaming bars on the account
