Hello basically I had this number from abroad keep calling me
I didn’t know it was
From abroad at the time rang it to see who it was and I was only on there for 11s and o2 have charged me extra £10 I spoke to an ax visors and he could see it wasn’t my fault I got scammed he said they would take £10 off my
Bill but it’s stil the same amount on there they haven’t took it off and I don’t know what to do I can’t afford to pay that much when I’ve already spoken to them
