My bill

Good afternoon all, needed little time to pay my bill so spoke to someone yesterday to explain my situation my account has been put on hold until Wednesday so that then I can then pay the rest of my bill off but I'm still getting the automatic calls will I still get them up until I pay,the lady said I may get a bar but I can soon phone up and they would remove it if that does happen.

@Lisa8 There doesn't appear to be anyone at O2 with the power to stop the automated texts and messages, so I'm afraid you'll receive them until your bill is paid or you're disconnected.

Your phone will still get restricted automatically as no one has the relative skill to override the system. You will need to call again to be reconnected
