Hi O2,
My monthly bill was higher this month and I can’t find a reason why or any emails communicating this. If anything I feel like my bill should be lower as I don’t use all my calls/ text allowance.

There was an increase (17.3% - 13.4% RPI plus 3.9% on top) which would have come into effect around now.

You pay a fixed amount for an allowance of calls, texts and data but not using them does not mean you get a reduction on your bill @Natlouknights

No, there’s no info. I’m just assuming it’s gone up with inflation?
