hello , my contract expires end of jan15 and no one from O2 has contacted me to offer me a new deal. What should happen?

Hello and thanks for the quick reply. I have been on line and also phoned the helpline, but as you say the wait was too long.
I will visit the O2 shop which is local and let you know how I get on.

@Anonymous I am in a similar situation to yourself. Also I feel quite lucky that I have not been bombarded by 3rd party sellers offering me all sorts of deals, which often don;t suit the individual.
As @Anonymous said... your contract will continue as before into a 30 day rolling contract. In effect you could then be paying a lot of money for an old phone.
I purchased a sim free Note 3. in November. My old sim is in this at present. By the end of this month I will have changed to a sim only contract tariff. I will be paying about £12 less a month doing it this way.
(Obviously this needs the funds to pay an upfront cost for the handset....but may be another option to choose)
