Why what's the issue with your app?
It might be that the system is upgrading an information about you or something.
Have you made any recent purchase or order? Have you done any upgrade?

Many people have complained about various issues with the My O2 app. Mine is fine. However, if you have access to a tablet or PC, then try on that. Works fine.

@KingAmo I have not done any upgrades or anything but I actually ended up using the online version. I worked fine until a about a week ago I went to the app and it logged me out and tried to log in and had to reset my password because normally I use biometric or a number password for the app but I was now asking for a worded password. After resetting its telling me to wait 48hrs and still cant get in.
