Hi,
I have been an existing O2 customer for a number of years, but recently purchased a phone on my first Pay Monthly plan. I was advised by the O2 representative at the time that because my dad was already on a Pay Monthly plan, I would be eligible for the multisave discount by texting LOYALTY to 21500. However the discount has been applied to my dad's account and not mine. When I contacted O2 they said that the lead account is not eligible for the discount, even though I only purchased my Pay Monthly phone 18 days ago and my dad has been on a Pay Monthly plan for years.
Is this correct? Is there any way to apply the discount to my account?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I understood the lead device was not eligible for the discount and the text sent from your father's phone, making his the lead device. Subsequent phones would qualify for the discount
