I just set a third account using my usual email address, now I can't access my other two accounts which don't seem to be linked to my email address anymore.
When I try and reset the log in details for my main number I input the verification code and I get an invalid message return.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

HI @Tom2 ,

 

You should be able to fix your issue and bring your third account over by "Bringing in other products" on MyO2 via the O2 website.

Yes but because the accounts have the same email address it won't let me. It says 'you already have this account'. So what has happened to the others? I try and reset the details but the code I'm sent is rejected.

You need to use a different email address for confirmation. It won't change the email of your account but you need to use a different one for the merge.
