Solved: Moving from virgin to o2

To day 14/10/2022 I phoned up and switched my wife's sim from virgin to o2 her sim card is coming tomorrow I got a email saiding that her number is going to be xxxxxxxxxxx when it should be xxxxxxxxxxx,and till me if that's right please.
