Moving from O2 to O2 through carphone warehouse

So today I went to upgrade my phone with O2, the deal they offered me was not as good as what the Carphone Warehouse O2 deal could offer. I'm therefore on the same network O2 but now through the Carphone Warehouse to as such. Basically, I want to keep the same number, how do I go about keeping it or is it a lot of hassle?

I can get the PAC code but i was unsure if I needed it or if it was simply a quick ring to change it once my new contract began?

Hi @Anonymous you don’t need a pac as you are staying with the network. You need the keep my number form

Just call customer service on 202 and they’ll do it whilst you’re on the phone.
