A year ago I was on a VM £8 a month tariff. It rose with cost of living to £10 a month and now it has been moved to 02 at £13 a month. Yes I have been given 50gb of data (i used to have 8Gb of data) but there was a reason why I had low rates. I DO NOT USE IT!!! I tried to change the tariff on the first day of the switch over 1st July 2023.The message was that I had to wait until 31st July 2023. I have logged in today and guess what I STILL CANNOT CHANGE IT!!! not unless I want to upgrade and PAY MORE!!! Why would I want to do that!!!!!!!
so give me the complaints number of someone I can talk to and get redress with a low tariff again. I am not on a contract. It is a sim-only phone
