Mobile phone faulty and coming the end of contract

My phone touch screen is faulty, texting the letters have mind of own. Last night when trying to phone and it was dialing wrong contact. Online and Facebook jumping to different pages. Quite often when putting phone it's at the camera. Do receive texts and phone calls

Tried to reset and use trouble shooting on phone nothing working.

Due to upgrade in July, but not willing to pay extra at the moment when phone is not operating properly. Ideally would like new phone

@4yasmars This is a customer community, so there's nothing anyone here can do for you regarding a new phone. Check your MyO2 page to see when you're eligible for an upgrade. If, as you say, you're due the upgrade in July it can't be too long from now. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Alternatively, if you need a phone in the interim you can look for an inexpensive one on Amazon or through CEX.

The vast majority of phones (Apple excluded) come with a 2 year warranty, so you can contact O2 or the phone manufacturer for a repair under warranty provided it is a manufacturing fault and not physically damaged.
