Solved: Student discount issue

I’ve been trying to apply the student discount code from UNiDAYS but haven’t been able to do so. I’ve gone into the store 3 times and called o2 5 times!!! Each time I was essentially given the run around and don’t know what to do. If I don’t get help with my issue I will just refund my phone as it is still within the 14 days.

Yes if you call them on 202 from your O2 phone.
