Just arrived in France and mobile data not working? I travel often and this hasn’t happened before! Anything I should try? I have o2 travel bolt on

Some things to try;
. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

And in addition to @Cleoriff' s suggestions, try stepping your phone down from 5G to 4G or 3G/2G in the Mobile Network settings to help it latch onto a carrier mast signal when you are doing the manual search:
Also sometimes toggling aeroplane mode off and then on again can sometimes help, especially just after rebooting, @Vonnie - assuming APN and Spend Caps/Roaming Bars are as @Cleoriff describes above.
