My mobile data is suddenly not working anymore. I had run out of data close to my monthly renewal and didn't top up as a result (coz wifi). Now my mobile data isn't working at all when away from wifi. I've powered down my phone for a while, disconnected and reconnected data but still nothing. The O2 website when looking under "help" or "support" is so convoluted that it's horrible to even try get an answer. Can anyone help?
Are you on contract or PAYG as you've posted in the monthly board but mention topping up?
Anyway, have you topped up now?
