Hi, I have currently updated my daughters monthly sim to a pay monthly contract. My 02 and the contract we brought states 20GB of data but when I received the first billing payment to my house, it stated 5GB. If you could reply to me ASAP please to sort this issue out. Thank you.

You need to contact customer service @Anonymous as we cannot access accounts, sorry http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also check the bolt ons section to see if it's added there.

Hi @Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking too here. We are all customers like you. It is very likely that it is a pro rata allowance which means you get a smaller amount of your allowance until your next bill is generated then you will receive the full allowance as normal
