Hi @Iain8
Depends if its still available. Have a look here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/after-you-upgrade
Your tariff
When you upgrade, you agree to move onto our new tariffs. You won't be able to transfer back to your old tariff, if it's no longer available.
Your best bet is to contact customer services as we have no idea what tariff you were on previously

Thanks,
It seems that I was moved and my Sharer eligibilty was not (and could not) be moved even tho the tariff was for the same 20gb data. No warning to say I would lose the Sharer part was flashed up during the upgrade process, and I only found out when they transfered my iPad to a device with a 1gb data plan (useless). The 20gb sharer tariff is still available to my wife as we got our phones at the same time, but as I have "moved" it is not available to me.
My point is the Tariff is still available but not to new connections and going through a failed upgrade O2 now count me as a new connection, I would see this as unfair as if the upgrade hadn't happened I would still have the Sharer Tariff and have the options to upgrade and downgrade it. (and the 14 day rule suggests you will be put back to where you were).
Oh well it seems O2 are digging their heals in and saying the complaint is at stalemate and I can go to the ombudsmen, not a great customer service attitude in my humble opinion.
