You need to contact customer service @Anonymous as we cannot access accounts, sorry http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Also check the bolt ons section to see if it's added there.

Hi @Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking too here. We are all customers like you. It is very likely that it is a pro rata allowance which means you get a smaller amount of your allowance until your next bill is generated then you will receive the full allowance as normal
