I have received a lovely gift from my husband Samsung tab S6.
We have tried to redeem the Microsoft offer over and over again with no luck. Called O2 but no one knows what we are talking about. And they keep saying the will get back to us but no one has as yet.
It's beginning to feel like it was a lie to start with.
Is anyone having the same issue?
Who do we need to speak to?
I use the Tablet for work and I need to sort the free Microsoft that was promised out I believe I should pay for it since they said it was free.
