Making calls

I have a Samsung Gakaxy Tab A tablet bought last October. I have mobile data and call making facility. Everytime I try to make a call it cuts off straight away. I have only tried making calls from it this week and cant work out what to do. Can anyone help?

Unless you have a dial pad and internal aeriel you can't make calls.

You would have to put the sim in a phone to make use of calling.

The sim in your tablet is data only and cannot make calls over the cell network.

You can use whatsapp or messenger etc for calling though.
