After many years with o2 (and BTCellent before that!) i went from PASG to Pay Monthly... On the offer of a £13 discount on a £24 a month contract (so £11 per month)
For the first 5 months of the contract my discount was not applied, so i have overpaid a total of £65.
O2 gurus have acknowleged this and have said they will sort it out 'on my next bill' but they have said that multiple times for the last few months now!
I am now into the last month of my contract and don't know what to do!
Has anyone else had a similar problem and managed to get it resolved???

Having same problem, loyalty bonus was applied for a while then not had it for the last 3 months, spent 3 hours on on-line chat getting nowhere with the customer service rep. So went into O2 store very helpful lady spent 2 hours chating on the phone and I was told it was soerted and as I had ovepaid would not pay anything for next couple of months,just had bank statement and full amount has been taken again feel like talking to a brick wall ,loyalty bonus ends feb 2014 according to my account .

Hi, I paid for 2 landlines and 2 broadbands for 1 month. After hours of phone calls to 202 ( talked to 202 different people I got all back in credit and also something extra as compensation for the hustle.
