Hi everyone I’ve been trying to contact customer service via web chat and yes it’s as bad if not worse than trying to talk to an o2 agent on 202, all I really want to do is ask the upgrade team if I can maintain my Loyalty bonus that is coming to an end on the 25 January, is there a number specifically for this team or have I got to go through the waiting for hours on end 202 customer service
