@Anonymous I believe the £10 credit should be on your account, not on the sim. The sim you were sent is blank until you register it. Call customer service. They should clarify things for you and send you a new sim.

As long as you know the number on the simcard there shouldn't be a problem. If customer service have your details registered you should be ok. Give them a call.
