My phone is on PAYG. I changed it to montly at the beginning of June and 02 sent me a new sim card. I had to wait to change it.

i went to swap over the card this morning and I can't find the new sim card.  I tried the numbers I haveto ring O2 (202 from phone, 0344 899 0202 on skype) and neither will connect.

any suggestions?
