Lost phone 2 weeks ago in Canada - phone blocked. O2 promised a new SIM to be sent to me urgently , now home in uk - SIM not arrived - can’t access my O2 because it defaults to asking to send text for security completion - but I DONT have a phone because it’s lost and I’m awaiting a new SIM from you !!!
