I have recently swapped my number over to three from O2 and I am sick of contacting them for an unlock code. I did receive one but it is still not unlocking. I am awaiting again for them to contact me regarding this. I cannot make or receive calls/texts and it is really annoying. It cannot be this difficult to unlock a phone. I was hoping it would be solved for tomorrow when my little one is at school because school will not be able to contact me if there are any issues!

Did you follow the advice in this thread Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card?

No unlocks happen over the weekend anyway. I will tag our community managers to see if they can help. They wont be on until tomorrow though @Marjo @Martin-O2

This is taking to long just to get a phone unlocked. I can't fill another unlock form out because it won't allow me to and even though I have been trying to get this sorted through even live chat, it has amounted to nothing after being told someone would be in touch!!

I'm afraid this will take a few days to get an answer from Samsung.

It isn't instantaneous.

Well it should be when they have made the error with sending me an unlock code that didn't work, then being told on live chat someone would be in touch! I psy their wages!!
