My phone line was disconnected because the bill was not paid but I Have paid and still not working

This is not O2. This is a customer community.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you paid the bill manually then it can take upwards of 48 hours to process @Sifelani.

It might be even longer if the bill was overdue.

You can avoid this problem in the future @Sifelani by setting up a direct debit :-
