I have called O2 today and been fobbed off stating my account it locked and I need to visit an O2 store.
My O2 contact ended in Jan 2025 and I moved to EE with existing number. Why am I still being sent emails and messages stating 'your o2 bill is ready' - I have left O2!! absolutely no help via phone, store or App...

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
