I moved network on the 30th August and took my number.
i don’t know if I need to have given formal notice as well as requested the PAC and transferred.
Has my account been closed and my charges stopped or so I need to do something more?

There may be one further bill to balance the books, with a refund of any remaining credit balance happening automatically to the registered Direct Debit account within a couple of weeks of the bill.
