Hi, I’m late on my monthly payment as I get paid every 4 weeks and every month o2 try’s to take the payment out the week before I next get paid so I usually have insufficient funds in my account. I’ve tried to contact o2 to let them know why I’m late on paying my bill and so I can let them know the date in which I will be able to pay it but it’s not allowing me to call them on 2729 as my calls/texts are all being diverted.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Ask them to change the date of your direct debit
They should have suggested this to you to be honest
