Very sorry to hear you have difficulties at the moment.

You do need to clear this up.

When you call Customer Services who are short staffed

CALL EARLY 08.00 am

and try and keep trying.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
