There was a problem with my direct debit this month and I didn’t notice until you barred me phones - paid bill on my O2 app hours ago why aren’t my phones working still (even when I restart them)

It can take upto 24hours for service to be restored following a full bar going on for non payment.

I would keep putting the phone into Airplane Mode and taking it back out until your services resumes.

Anything upto 48 hours for a reconnection.

Keep rebooting the phone and it if goes beyond that you'll need to call customer service.
