I paid my bill a few days late. It’s been over 24hrs since I paid it and I have been cut off and haven’t got access to data, texts or calls. How long does it usually take to be put back on the service?

Between 24-48 hrs. However it is the weekend and this will cause a delay. Keep rebooting your phone and if still not back on by tomorrow then contact O2. Borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype

@Emily7 O2 are ruthless when it comes to non-payments, even in times like this, which personally, I find pretty appalling. Once you're reconnected, you might want to think about setting up a Direct Debit, which would avoid problems like this happening again. Just a suggestion.
