Good Afternoon

I paid my bill this morning.  It was overdue but I would like to know when it will be cleared and I can use my phone again please.

Usually within a couple of hours up to a max of 24 hours.

It should update at midnight so if it doesn't contact customer service in the morning.

They may want a reconnection fee which is about £15
