My free Amazon prime extra ended on the 17th October and my last bill date was the 8th October. O2 charged £8.99 to my account and refunded £3.19 for the remaining free days of the extra but I'm wondering why my prime membership has still ended? On my bill it has a charge for up to the 7th November for prime, I have paid £5.80 for nothing?
