Lack of 4G

I live in Culcheth,Warrington and have reported a lack of consistent 4G for a couple of weeks now.Keep getting “there is a problem with your local mast and our engineers are working on it”-still no fix however.Very annoying as we are also without broadband!!

Have you checked every day and registered for updates at status.o2.co.uk, @MeeBrow?

Shame about the broadband being out at the same time 🙄

Get your other O2-using neighbours to also run the check and register for updates, it dows keep the pressure on O2 a bit!
