If you took out an additional contract then your number needs migrating across

The customer hasn't replied yet but from what I can make out I think rather than an upgrade a brand new contact has been taken out, so we'd need to fill a form out to get the number transferred over to the new account and the customers old account cancelled so that the customer isn't left paying for 2 numbers
