Keeping my number

I’ve joined o2 and I’ve given my pac code upon joining but I’ve been given a new number. How can I keep my old number??

You will be given a temporary number when the new accounts set up. Only until the old number goes across. Please see the following link to the Help and Support page. It will take you to a form you can fill in to keep your number.
